Young girl injured after being knocked off her bike
She was riding on the footpath and wobbled into the road.
When are parents going to teach their benefit assets that it is an offence to ride on the footpath? My thoughts are with the driver. http://www.lep.co.uk/your-lancashire...bike-1-8439103 |

And that makes it right to ride on the footpath does it? No, it does not and well you know it. My now dead mother was very frail, if this brat had hit her she would have killed her. And no doubt the cyclist would have scarpered, as they always do. You should be ashamed to be part of the cycling scum. |

None of that means that cycling on the footway isn't an offence. --- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG. http://www.avg.com |
