uk.rec.cycling.moderated is alive and well. The unmoderated version is
alive and noisy. United Kingdom focus, but most discussion pertaining
to cycling (rather than traffic laws etc) is quite general.

Although the charter says differently, rec.bicycles.tech has become the
defacto general interest cycling newsgroup that still has regular activity.
