Default Quick conversion TT to Road?

Anyone know of a system to do a quick conversion from time trial bar to a
regular road bar, ie with shifters and brakes also to hookup?

Travel bikes use cable couplers: http://www.sandsmachine.com/ac_cable.htm

It depends on the bike and the conversion method opportunities. For
mine, removing the areo bars and relocating the shifters is *easy*, as
long as I want to live with a downtube shifter location. All I need
is a pair of shorter cables; the levers swap straight on to the
downtube bosses in place of the cable brackets that are used with the
aero setup. This method only works with this kind of setup, though;
what you've got may be entirely incompatible with this particular
stroke.
