Default Spacing of 10, 11 and 12 speed Cassettes

Andrew,

Are there any inter-cog spacing differences between Shimano and Campagnolo 10, 11 or 12 speed cassettes? I'm wondering if I should use my Shimano wheel in a Campy 11 speed. Shimano cassettes are much cheaper than Campy and don't seem to wear any faster.
