Hopefully the route avoids open metal grate bridges.

Is anyone familiar with Route Y in Pennsylvania? (i.e. hills, traffic, pave
shoulders, etc.?) I may use it on a trip to Michigan from Long Island, NY
in 2009.

I hope to ride both the V and Y routes next year on an out and back
trip.
Expect to see garmin edge outputs up on crazyguyonabike.com.
I enjoyed riding the S route west to east in early August, but would
have rather stuck to the roads then ride the YRT (rail trails).
