A bizarre photo taken by a passenger in an oncoming vehicle shows the
unusual sight of the dog with two paws on the steering wheel.

The Yorkshire Terrier is clearly sitting on its owner’s lap, prompting
the photographer to send the picture to the police.

The Toyota was being driven at 30mph on a road near Llanelli – though
it’s unlikely the pet’s other two paws were working the pedals.

Doesn't sound dangerous, but what is it to do with cycling?
