Police hunt gobbing cyclist after attack on driver.

It is reported that the cyclist verbally abused the car driver and then
spat in his face before then hitting him. The victim sustained cuts and
bruises to his face and arm.

The suspect is described as a man of mixed race appearance with a stocky
build. He was believed to have been riding a sports type pedal bicycle.
