You can adjust the cleats to accommodate foot rotation. Most
people's feet turn outward at least a little. If you're not
comfortable with setting the rotation, a local shop should be able
to help you out. Some clipless pedals have "float", which means the
foot can rotate slightly on the pedal without coming out. I think
the pedal with the most float is the Speedplay.
