small mark on her face which will fade in time.
And the cyclist who was involved was a child as well.
A non event, which has got the usual crowd frothing at the mouth, but
stories like this get very little.

Never mind the trauma a 5 year old suffered at the hands of a cycling thug.

He was 14. The age of criminal responsibility is 10.
