Pavement cyclists are a potentially dangerous nuisance - education and
enforcement is needed. I think we knew that already.

I'm starting to get cyclists off the pavement. There are too many around
London. In the last few days, I've got a couple off.

"The boy stopped briefly but then rode off without leaving any details. "

How come no-one took a note of the cycle registration number?

How do you do it: any tips?

The problem with using the umbrella in the spokes is that they often come off
on the pavement and cause even more of an obstruction.

Nope - no tips. I just deal with each one as it comes along. I think that
the more people who try and stop cyclists cycling on the pavement, the more
it will be realised that it is not acceptable. One I stopped a couple of
days ago had just cycled past a busy bus stop on a narrow pavement.

If I see them coming towards me in time, I try and get a picture of them as
well.

"education and enforcement is needed" - a shotgun would be better!
