It is spelt Homo sapiens. Homo is the genus, which is capitalised and
sapiens is the species which is written all lower case.
I think he is a little upset because he likes the word "Homo". Well if that is what he is, that is what he is.

Hey, Iast Tuesday I was offered a job at Sandia National Laboratories. But when they explained it it was clear they wanted a career engineer and I wouldn't want to work more than another couple of years at the most. So that job should have gone to someone in the middle of their career not the end.
