£100 fine + 3 points would seem appropriate.

Why do you want to force people to misuse the horn?

Is there some point you are failing to make?

I seek to make no point; I asked a question in order to clarify the
point you were seeking, but clearly failing, to make.

I think you need to get an adult to read the Highway Code to you.

You need to think up (yes, I know there's a problem there straightaway)
some new "witticisms".

Are you saying all the drivers in the video used the horn correctly?

No. I didn't even watch it.

So why did you comment on this topic? The video was the key to the discussion.

I didn't comment on your topic. I am not obliged, and neither do I
intend, to do so. Especially not if it invloves watching one of the
multitude of Youtube videos of man behaving badly.

You still haven't realised your basic error in English, have you?

Is that what this is all about? Your pathetic attempt to score a point?
You are sadder than Pounder.

Why do you want to enforce misuse of the horn?

It seems an extraordinary thing to wish for.

And you can't put it down to a typo or spelling error.

Until you watch the video you are not entitled to an opinion on the thread.

It's a good job, then, that rather than passing an opinion on the
thread, I am merely pointing out that you have passed the most
extraordinary opinion.

Well, either that or you have expressed your point spectacularly badly.

It's one or the other.

So why bother posting at all.
This whole thread seems to be about you throwing your toys out of the pram and me pointing out what a silly little boy you are.
I know you from Liverpool and therefore not overly burdened with intelligence.

Pointing out your errors.

Again.

You *hate* having your basic errors in English pointed out, don't you?

What was that about toys and prams, again?

On the contrary. I am human, I make mistakes. When I do I admit to them and try to learn from them.
Unlike you. When I prove you wrong you claim we were talking about subterranean elephants in Chicago or something equally vacuous.
If I have made an error please point it out so I can do better next time.

[]. If I have made an error please point it out
so I can do better next time.

He already did; it's the English grammar in the title; he's not got as
far as engaging you about the video.

[It's] tim[e] to enforce ["]misuse of the horn["] [legislation].

Adjustments to the title text are in square brackets.

But this "discussion" is going no-where other than ad-hom.

Bah, and indeed, Humbug.

It may not have been the best phrased title in usenet history, but the point was clear.
Motorists seem to think the horn is to say 'get out of my way', or 'you cut me up'.
