That phrase was introduced here by me, as a reference from the Harry Enfield character, after a spate of cyclists claiming that they were rich. The character portrayed was a boorish, under-educated, arriviste yob who thought he was better than everyone else he met. So as you will no doubt agree, it fits very well in this context. |
