Default Does Texas have the 3 foot rule

I wish to know if Texas has the 3 foot rule.

If it does, could you provide a link ?

Thanks,

Survivor, cyclist, and someone who loves animals.

No, but I think several municipalities have passed 3 foot rules in Texas. you might check out Bike Texas. They are a cycling advocacy group and should have information like that.
