What's the problem with private property?

We are all private property - our own. Possessions carried with us are
our own property. That would certainly include the majority of bicycles,
hire-schemes excepted (and keeping on topic).

Why would the private property of some privileged people be acceptable
and that of others unwelcome? Other than because of envy and spite, I mean.

These are not questions likely to be answered adequately by a politician
who is a member of the extremist left Galician Nationalist Bloc.

Nothing as long as it stays on private property.

When it's on public property the public decides the rules.

Because you're replying to somebody that can't do joined up writing, let
alone joined up thinking, and far behind actually reading[1] the article.

[1] I assume they still teach the basics in infant school.

Tht would mean that no-one can ever go anywhere, since everyone needs to
take private property with them wherever they go.

As an idea, it's not likely to be a runner.

When it's on public property the public decides the rules.

Indeed. They're all decided, aren't they? Even in Spain.
