BC wheel assembly

So I finally got my BC wheel with the right platforms and everything.
But how to assemble? Does it go nut washer plate hub, or nut plate
washer plate hub. I realize this my turn up some od views . Yeah, I'm
just being cautious

i think its nut platform washer hub, or do i even need the washer?
