pavement.

Whenever one of the usual suspects is whining about pavement
cyclists it might be worth asking them about the last time a
pavement cyclist caused so much damage to pedestrians that one was
crushed to death and another had to have their leg amputated.

Sadly his repeat of the OP and subsequent comment on u.t won't discourage

Perhaps you know what Hansen's complaint is?

Does he think 13 years is too much? Not enough? About right?

Have you missed the thread about the pavement cyclist who killed
someone?

I don't know if I count as one of the usual suspects, but I do firmly
believe that cyclists travelling at anything much faster than a walking
pace belong on the road.
