Default A safer cycling cap

Does your cycling cap read your mind?

If not, there's room for improvement. You need one that might save your
life.

I tweeted a complaint to Monash Uni about this. They don't consider
fixing the cause of the collision, which is ~80% driver fault, failure
to give way.

What happens when the computer hits the brakes and you need to swerve to
avoid a collision? You could easily have the bike slide from under you
and you could be run over! Sometimes the best course is to speed up,
which will be stifled if the computer "thinks" you should be slowing down.

It's a giant f*ck up again from Australia.

It will never work.

1. It is obviously a publish or perish article from academia with a
thought bubble.
2. That long cord between helmet and mainframe is going to be so useful,
not.
3. It involves IBM who has had a finger in every major IT cock-up in
Australia for years.

Now that's the right bee to have in your bonnet, Franki-boy.
