Somewhere in another thread I posted about the progress of the
Pedersen given to me by Helen Vecht of this news group.

Anyway it seems there is a photo of me and a ride report on the Surrey
and Sussex TC website he

There is something about Pedersens that always presses my "I want one"
button.

Views to all other pictures on that page = 30ish
Views to your picture = nearly 200

We've got a lot of link clicking lurkers out there on URC (or Guy is
feeding his "I want one" habit rather regularly)

I know. I posted a picture of myself as a joke in reply to Tony Raven last
year, and got 74 views.

I like the bike! Somehow I was expecting it to be in boring old black or
BRG, but it most certainly is not.

Meanwhile, I don't know if you remember, but we swapped headsets for you
to repair your recumbent a while ago - how did that pan out? The one you
sent me is still doing sterling service on my Dolan winter training bike.

The nice colour and reflective tape are down to the fair Helen. Good
though, isn't it.

Certainly I remember, the event, if not your name. The recumbent
(Flevo Oke Ja) is still going strong, having been repainted using
bright green hand sprayed Plasticote at the same time as having the
headset fitted. I took it to Future Cycles for the actual fitting, so
that I wouldn't have to resort to a club hammer and block of wood. The
tool they had was too short to cope with the 1 foot or more head tube,
so they resorted to, err, a club hammer and block of wood.
