That's the David Bunny I remember, he said there should be a national
20mph speed limit for cyclists. Maybe he used 'no archive' on his
posts.

Phil W Lee also used x - no archive.
The nasty troll, Nuxx Bar/Cuthbertson/Ben Darling, deleted many of his
posts after Guy Chapman took him to court for harassment.

Out of interest, do you have a reference for that?

Much obliged. Interesting the poster mentions a "robed judge" which
suggests some hefty fees for legal representation.

Gosh, what a to do. I suspect there's more from him as that covers day 1.

If I've followed it correctly, someone posting as "Nuxx Bar" using the
ISP Zen was harassing or defaming Guy Chapman and also making nuisance
calls as well as unwelcome statements on his web page. So Chapman brought
a successful and perhaps expensive legal case to have Nuxx Bar desist.
Blimey. Is that roughly it?

Makes Nugent look like just a minor irritant. (Pounder is just a grumpy
old man)

Sounds like it was close to all out war. My, my. Mike Collins's trolling
here is angelic by comparison.

I was in a private communication with Guy at the time and he found out that a Ben Darling was the identity of the harasser. Sadly, the prosecution could not PROVE that Nuxx Bar was the person behind the phone calls as several other people had access to the home telephone system at the time.

It was a very stressful time for poor Guy and especially his wife as she often was at home alone answering calls from a "heavy breather" at the other end of the line.

Nuxx Bar was also behind this:

I see Simon Jester mentions him; must be before my time.

GG shows posts from David WE Roberts and David Damerell and David Martin;
could it be the last?

Too obscure, sorry Mr Mason.

The original reference and Mason's explanation both remain obscure. The lack
of facts is telling.

You said cyclists should have to obey 'special' speed limits and David Bunny called for a national cycling speed limit. The connection should be obvious to anyone with an IQ greater than their shoe size.

Hey now; I was unaware of Mr Bunny & this call for a NCSL.
Thanks for giving the extra clues.

It's the same with Radio Hams - it attracts a lot of nutters.

This also happened to me with Judith who wrote to my employers with a load of lies.
