I am pretty certain the scofflaw cyclists are real, other people see
them too.

I am pretty certain the scofflaw cyclists are real, other people see
them too.

How many scofflaw motorists did you see? Did you see anyone cross an asl
when they didn't need to? Did you see anyone exceed the speed limit? Did
you see anyone parked where they shouldn't be?

They've videoed them as well, although that was naughty because nobody is
supposed to know that over half of them jump red lights at any given
junction. SSShhhhh
