Default Hit and run pavement cyclist takes out child

Malyka was knocked to the ground by a cyclist using the footpath outside
their home in Great West Road, Heston, earlier this month.
The nine-year-old escaped with just a scraped knee but was left badly shaken
and her father is furious the culprit, who should not have been on the
pavement, failed to stop.

Clear case for registration of cyclists and their cycle weapons.

Dave - Cyclists VOR. "Many people barely recognise the bicycle as a
legitimate mode of transport; it is either a toy for children or a
vehicle fit only for the poor and/or strange," Dave Horton, of Lancaster

to see its purpose, and have no interest in integrating it into their
lives, certainly on a regular basis."

Ban pedestrians: if the kid had not been there he would not have been
hit. Was he, the kid, racing?

Hello Justipoo's.

Have you any brats? or did that nice Mr Darwin decree that it would not be in
humanities interest?

Most cyclists fire blanks. Justipoo's & Cwispie are two prime examples.

Something to do with those tight bib shorts & thin saddles I expect. Or
perhaps Darwinism in action.

Oh. Here we are;

"Spanish researchers have found that active male cyclists have lower
quality sperm to the point of infertility risk. Among other things, they
blame the painful "function over form" design of the wedge bicycle seat".

That will explain a great deal about psycholist behaviour here. All mouthy
and unable to perform any real action.

They don't appear to be very effective weapons.

Try hitting a child with a motor vehicle.

What they lack in effectiveness, they make up for in accuracy and
target-flexibility.

They can even be - and all too frequently are - used to mow down pedestrians
on footways and footpaths (see above) and even in pedestrian-only areas some
distance from a road.

Try hitting one with a red herring.
