A Tie?
What happens if Ullrich wins the TT by 1.07 seconds and there's a tie? I
looked in the rules but didn't see anything about a tie. Has there ever been one? How would the winner be determined - reverting to stage wins (i.e., Ullrich, with 2)? Jeff |

There hasn't been a tie, but on close finishes, they go into 100ths of a second, so a tie is very unlikely. |

I think the rule is that the best finisher of the stage is the winner. In
otherwords, if Ullrich beats Lance by 1:07 in the TT he would win overall as he finished the last stage ahead of Lance even though they are tied on time. "David N. Welton" wrote in message ... They go to thousandths of a second and if there's still a tie, they count
testicles. The one with the most wins. Nuticle implants from the vet don't count "guess who" wrote in message m... "J Jones" wrote in message ...
