Daiso has "Nurses Locks" Again--Where is Mike Rocket J Squirrel?

I remember that Mike Rocket J Squirrel was looking for those ring locks
that attach to the seat stays and lock the rear wheel, which someone
dubbed "nurses locks." I was in Daiso today, and I saw that they had
them again. They come in black or gray, and are $4. They had about 20 of
them.
