How can you laugh at something you say you have not read. I am laughing at your foolishness at thinking I would be stupid enough to read anything a liberal like you would recommend to me. You Brits have all been brainwashed by the BBC and the rest of your news media. What else do I have to know? I do know that most of you on this newsgroup (uk.rec.cycling)) do not deserve to have a great man like Tony Blair as your PM. You deserve a Chirac. The BBC is excellent for music (classical), but you never want to listen to their analysis of the news. That is how empires are lost. You do not ever want to lie with the French either - a fate worse than death. They are all whores and will give you terrible diseases which will eat away at your groin and rot your brain. If any of you in the UK are starting to get the idea that we Americans do not appreciate la belle France, then you are up to speed. However, if you think that la belle France was ever right or moral about anything in the past century or so, then it is back to the idiot bin with you. May you stay there forever and not bother us Americans further with positive opinions on la belle France. I do not need to keep reviewing unmitigated liberal rot and rubbish forever to know what I think about something. Show me an open mind and I will show you no mind at all. But then we knew that. Well, I think we know that McTavish is an asshole. Is there anything else we need to know about him. I have an open mind on that, but I only want to hear bad things about him. My mind is CLOSED to anything good about him. See how easy it is to make up your mind. Has anyone in the entire history of the world ever had anything good to say about the Scotch. They rank right along with the French for all around assholeness. -- Regards, Ed Dolan the Great - Minnesota |

Boy Ed,
You sure seem to have it in for the French. I don't think most Americans hated them so much when they helped you win your war of indepenence from Britain. But that was some time ago now wasn't it. We (in Canada) have our own issues with the French. It's called French-Canadians. Even the French don't like them. It's the main reason we want to decriminalize marijuana.
