Default Removing rear wheel again ( Road bike )

Was looking at the earlier posting about removing a rear wheel with the
derailer.
Well I also have trouble.
Ok, I know the basics, but whats stuffs me up each time, is that the
derailer closes and the chain falls, and thats when I have trouble to get
the chain and derailer back on the bike.

Any easy tips to avoid this hurdle ?

Thankyou.
