Hi I ride about 150km's a week on my Road bike.

What should I lubricate, and how often ?

Well, chamois cream is quite good for critical areas . . .

dribble a *little* bit of oil on your chain once a week, or twice i
it's wet.

a drop of oil on the derailleur and brake pivots doesn't hurt once
month. Unhook your derailleur cable housings and smear some oil on th
inners. You should then have a smooth bike. (BTW, to do this, you nee
to change into the big cog/ring, and then shift all the way up/dow
without pedalling. You can pull the cables out of their stops (i
slotted) then)
