Another one bites the dust... I made it!!! Go me! Go me! Go me! In case
you hadn't guessed I am very excited. :-)

Why? I finally got myself organised enough to ride to work today. I
feel ace. The hills aren't too bad and I am looking forward to seeing
how much better I get at them. I didn't even notice the extra weight on
the bike from the panniers. I love my Ortlieb panniers, beautiful
engineering. The shower is fine with lockable door and room to get
changed as well. I am a convert. :-)))))))

Pedal time: 27:39 mins
Total time: 33:43 mins
Average speed: 20.1km/h
Distance: 9.27km
Max speed: 41.5km/h weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Average HR: 152
Kcal/Fat: 384/35%

Now, why didn't I do this months ago?!?!

woohoo GO GIRL!!!!! Well done and congratulations on making it to the
dark side..... I am jealous. Am hanging out to ride to work again. Good
stuff SuzieB
