Default giving away parts

I've got some parts left over from my previous bicycle, now replaced.

Not interested in selling them, but I had a thought. Maybe you know of
some junior future Lance Armstrong that is assembling a bike and could
do with some parts.

The wheels and frame are stuffed, and I'm not too confident about the
bottom bracket, the cranks or even the pedals.

So the parts available a

Shimano 600 brakeset.
Shimano Tiagra derailleur.
Seat: narrow style, only about 2 months old.

Email me at if you can make use of these parts. I
work in the city, so you can pick up from there. I'll post if its not
too expensive.
