I haven't felt so let down since Alfa Romeo went front-wheel drive! As a former owner of an Alfetta GT, I can assure you that Alfa Romeo was no stranger to letting people down. I'm perhaps guilty of some of the same though, by misquoting Sheldon (should have read:" Semper fallacia sunt dicti absoluta" [Categorical statements are always wrong]). In a full power-on oversteering slide in an Alfa 75 Turbo with the perfect 50-50 weight distribution, and the long moments of inertia, all let downs like plastic bits falling off are quickly forgiven. I must admit I am a hopeless Italophile, and Alfa's are among the more rational car choices I've made. Joseph |

I'll take your word for it, as I'm not a Pinarello dealer. Are these made in Italy? Methinks they are made 'off shore'. So all Italian made Pinarellos are the far superior Italian BB threading. ------------------------------- John Dacey Business Cycles, Miami, Florida Since 1983 Comprehensive catalogue of track equipment: online since 1996 http://www.businesscycles.com ------------------------------- |
