Dutch cyclists have longer lives say researchers
Researchers at the University of Utrecht say that Dutch cyclists live
longer than people who do not use a bike. They say the evidence proves that cycling is not just good for your health but adds an average of six months to life expectancy. People in the Netherlands cycle an average of 74 minutes per week. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-34498871 |

Smokers lose 10 years. UK life expectancy is 80.5, so for smokers it is 70.5 and cyclists 82.5. |

I get that just from lap swim, an activity so boring it seems like you're living forever. Bret Cahill |
