The Parks Police Got Them - VN12BKE and MK69YOP FAFS Fire and Security
CyclingMikey
51K subscribers Turns out there was a bit of a who should prosecute debate going on here, and it should have been the Parks Police as the Regent's Park Officer was there and witnessed the problem. I had been told by the TORS team that I should try to let some through and see if they could be prosecuted under a more serious offence. It didn't work very well, which is why after this I went back to blocking the drivers. Anyway, I'm happy that both drivers got £50 FPNs, and I shall be tweeting at FAFS Fire and Security regarding their driver. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZdo0R9Y4eo |
