Default No response when pulling the brake lever (Hydraulic brake)

The brake pads aren't even moving to touch the discs on my hydraulic
brakes. It happened after I was holding the rear brake for a long
time whilst climbing a steep technical incline (having tipped over and
trying to regain my balance and momentum).

What should I look for?

That's the sort of thing where I'd feel if I needed to ask the question
I'd be happier to take it to a specialist, let them do it and ask to
watch and have it explained for DIY next time.

Pete.

us:

+1. One of my Hopes behaved admirably for 1000 km before suddenly declining
to work after a moment of inattention saw me tumble gracelessly into the
verge. No sign of a leak. I bled it when I got home and it's been 100%
ever since.

Nah, the brake problem occurred about 50 km before Loudéac on the outward
leg, so some 700 km before becoming Mayor.

Dave Larrington twisted the electrons to say:

Hmm ... So no chance of claiming it on expenses then? :-)

How _many_ ditches did you dive into on the PBP? Did you find John Spooner
having a kip in any of them?

Just the one - I think - though there were a couple of near misses when it
was pitch-black and chucking it down. And, as any fule kno, Mr. Spooner is
the Bus-Shelter King...
