Default Help - Mystery Road Frame

Does anyone have any idea what make this logo is?

http://www.labyrinth.net.au/~nmr/mystery.jpg

It's an oldish road frame - probably mid 80s - 12sp.

It's got Suzue hubs and Sugino cranks. I'm hoping the logo on the seat
stay will give away what make it is. It's also got a serial number
stamped under the BB shell.

It has a Columbus sticker which says "Tubi Rinforzati Garntiti" and
"Acciaio Speciale" but I'm not convinced it's genuine - the sticker is
over the top of a clear coat.

Any help gratefully received.

Cheers.

Yeah I read that too. The guy reckons it's a Colnago but I don't think
it can be. There are none of the Colnago niceties like cutouts in
the BB shell, lugs etc. Also, the serial number is on the BB shell and
I'm sure Colnago serial numbers are stamped on a rear dropout.

BTW, Hippy, you want that Cinelli bar plug or what ???
It's sitting in front of me waiting for a new home
