Story in our local paper (Monash area) this morning that someone was
charged with stalking on the basis that they 'returned' to someone
house.

OK, they were going back to check on the hidden remote camera that they
had installed on their 'friend's' computer on the pretence of helping
them out with it. Other charges were also pending in relation to the
invasion of privacy issues. But it seemed interesting to me that two
visits could be construed as stalking.

Something to consider.
