Default Sniper: Re Driver jailed

Last night was very busy, a stabbing, a couple of poisonings, sundry
fights, drug supply, a GBH and a serious RTA. Guess who turned up to
measure up the RTA. Small world, he said his ears were hot!
In the short time we had to chat, which was literally a couple of
minutes I discovered he had not even been called as a witness so the
driver would have pleaded guilty from the outset. This would have an
advantage in that the video and other evidence would not have been heard
or seen in court leaving his assertion of mitigation unchallenged and
seemingly true. I suspect legal advice told him the evidence was to
damming to run a successful defence so damage limitation took precedence.
My friend confirmed the video evidence which I told you of but couldn't
add much more. The feeling he gave was he felt the driver manipulated
the system and would have received a longer term if the full case had
been heard.

How do you get arrested?

Q: What's the 'O' stand for?
R: Ogideawa
..
..
..
Q: What did you say your middle name was?
R: Ogideawo
..
..
..

Thinks: Hmmm your not very bright....Arrest this man.
