2 forms of id with birthdate

Interesting questions, what tow forms of ID do you have with your
birthdate on them that does not include your drivers license and your
passport?

Filing in goverment form and you need to send photocopy of drivers license
or passport, but if you do not have those, you need to send copies of two
other forms of identification that contain your birthdate.

Apart from birth certificate/extract, any other suggestions?

Well, for those without a drivers licence (bicycle riders?) and no valid

What does your local driver's licence issuer need for a proof of age
card?

In NSW you need a birth certificate (various others work too, but
that's the simplest) and something like a medicare card or a proof of
electorol roll enrolment.

Once you have those, you can get a "Photo Card" which is like a
driver's licence but without the driver bit.

In Vic, at least, you can get an official photo ID from your local
police station.

My kids have had them for proof of age before they got their licence.
Also, mother-in-law, who is 87 and never had a licence, got one for
proof of identity of domestic flights
