No mandatory helmet law in Switzerland... for now.
::Swiss Federal authorities have finally not included a mandatory helmet regulation in their new \"via sicura\" road safety concept .:: ::However, increased helmet usage is still included in the list of measures, and might become mandatory if it turns out that the objective of a majority of cyclist wearing helmets cannot be obtained on a voluntary basis . :: ::Another measure regarding cyclists is about improved lights, but no details are given except that the added cost should be about 20 Francs (15 $) per bicycle.:: :::: '_::http://www.astra.admin.ch/html/fr/news/viasicura/index.php::_' (http://www.astra.admin.ch/html/fr/ne...cura/index.php):: (en français):: '_::http://www.astra.admin.ch/html/de/news/viasicura/index.php::_' (http://www.astra.admin.ch/html/de/ne...cura/index.php):: (auf deutsch):: :::: ::caracol:: -- caracol40 |
