FAQ Location and Weekly posting for Rec.Bicycles.*
"Mike Iglesias" wrote in message ... [...] Posting Guidelines ------------------ The rec.bicycles subgroups are described below - please try to post your article to the appropriate group. The newsgroups were designed to minimize cross posting, so please take the time to think about the most appropriate newsgroup and post your article there. Most postings to rec.bicycles should not be cross-posted to groups outside of rec.*. [...] I believe the above is not quite correct. There is another cycling group, alt.rec.bicycles.recumbent, that should be included in this mix of newsgroups. After all, recumbents are bicycles too. Recumbent specific topics should be restricted to ARBR of course, but there is plenty of room for other topics to be cross-posted to various groups without doing any violence to the main focus of the groups. But we should all use our discretion and not just willy-nilly post to all groups. That way lies bedlam.
