I'm not sure whether or not I like that idea. One the one hand I hate the way anyone can sue anyone for any stupid reason. On the other hand, this case shows what can happen if a company doesn't pay attention to liability because they can dodge most of the bullet from carelessness. Actually Mavic liable is since they have offices in the US. Secondly there are EU laws as well. |
