Tired of dodging cars on the road but still want your daily ride fix?
Just buy one of these $2,000 exercise machines, plug it into the
internet, fork over $39/month for the videos, and attend the live
online classes.

fitness bike"

Not for you? Well, the company claims 500,000 users so there must be
something to get their attention (and money).

Well, there are commercial and amateur flight simulators for pilot
training:

http://www.projectmagenta.com/gallery/
Why not do the same for bicycle riding? Better yet, model the
simulator after the numerous internet connected game networks.

A guy in ancient Greece tried that in real life. Unfortunately the
experiment had an undesirable outcome.

I have done around 100 parachute jumps but base jumping would scare me
too much. An engineer at a client company used to jump into giant caves
and stuff. Another guy I met at a national park told me that he used to
jump off El Capitan (Yosemite). He sad "You have to make sure to clear
the saw blade, otherwise you are screwed".
