Default Top tip for cyclists

Avoid getting a sore behind by simply placing a naan bread over your saddle.
This will comfort your ride and when you return home, hey presto! A warm
snack.

if you use a garlic nan there with be a beneficial anti bacterial effect
too! I'd avoid chili nab though.

Not so sure if a nan would be big enough for a recumbent seat. Maybe a
pizza?
