Default Cycle Surgery opening two new shops in Central London; one is a former car showroom

QUOTE:

London bike retailer Cycle Surgery is opening two new branches over the next
month one on the Fulham Road and the other in Upper Thames street in the
city - both are on busy cycle commuting routes. The one next to Cannon St
train station on Upper Thames St is in the former premises of a VW car
dealership and sits directly on Cycle Super Highway 7.

The 3,800sq.ft. City of London shop and the 3,000sq.ft. premises also in the
process of being completely refitted on the Fulham Road will prioritise
commuters and the quality of the workshop service. According to a spokesman,
"We always pride ourselves on our workshops and both will use the latest
tools and technology to service and maintain bikes for commuters and local
residents alike, while customers will benefit from the expert technical
advice our knowledgeable staff will be able to give to riders of any
persuasion."

Brands stocked to cover the commuter, road, mountain and folding bikes
categories will be Specialized, Trek, Brompton, Shimano and Endura as well
as Giro, Mavic and Garmin to represent the more specialist part of their
offering.

Both shops will include branches of Runners Need, also part of the Snow &
Rock group. This will come in handy on the annual London Marathon day as the
Cannon St Station shop sits directly on the route.

Cycle Surgery, 72 Upper Thames Street, EC4R 3TA - opening end of Feb 2012
Cycle Surgery, 658 - 662 Fulham Rd, SW6 5RX - opening mid-Feb 2012
