Default Time difference between 1st and 2nd in tour

what are the "records" for the largest spread and the smallest between a
first and second place finish for the entire Tour???

Largest gap was in the first Tour, Maurice Garin over Lucien Pothier by 2
49'45"

Smallest was Lemond over Fignon in 1989 just 8 seconds.

smallest : was Lemond 1989 with 8sec
Largest : Was Garin 1903 with 2 h 49 min
