Wasn't Romain Feillu the jackass that sprinted for 29th place
yesterday?

Looks like he blew his wad on that.

One thing I haven't seen published anywhere was the list of riders who
did NOT get their team time due to being dropped, and what those times
were.

I know it's extractable from a list of the Stage 3 and Stage 4 GC
standings (plus the TTT result), but that's hard and annoying.

Individual stage results are supposed to be listed at letour.fr but are
not there yet.

- click the big headline tab "CLASSEMENT DE L'ÉTAPE"
- click the smaller tab "Individuel"

I wouldn't assume from that page that the individual results will ever
be there. It's surely a template used for all stages, and one which is
fine for non-TTT stages.

Despite the useful info individual results would offer, they probably
won't bother.

They're doing it wrong.

For all its sins, Facebook has a really solid understanding of the
philosophy behind the RESTful interface, and when to give an entity its
own URL. Better even than YouTube, for example.
