FS: Truvativ Rouleur 53/39 Double Crankset, 175mm, with BB
I'm selling a Truvativ Rouleur crankset, 175mm, 53/39, and a Truvativ
Team SL bottom bracket, 108mm. Both are brand-new. The Rouleur crankset is Truvativ's top-of-the-line model. It is light at 599g, exceptionally stiff, and very nice to look at with a high-gloss silver finish. Check out the following study, in which it was rated just behind Dura-Ace, FSA, and Campy Record: http://dura-ace.shimano.com/publish/...esults-web.pdf Like the Dura-Aces, the Rouleur is aluminum, which gives it greater stiffness than the carbon version, while still retaining its lightness. The BB is again Truvativ's top model, the Team SL. It has one of the highest bottom bracket ratings at roadbikereview.com: http://www.roadbikereview.com/cat/dr...4_2479crx.aspx The crankset retails at $250 and the BB at $50. Even at Nashbar, where it's on sale, the crankset is still $165. That's the best price I could find for it: http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?s...1&srccode=1067 You'd have a hard time getting both the crankset and BB new for under $200. I'm asking $120 for both of them. I can send pictures if desired. Truvativ's one of the best brands for the money -- you won't find anything at this price that will compete. |
