Best Muni/Trials Shoe

Cool, I've been wanting to try some ankle braces for riding. Ankles seem
to be my weak point. Just need to find a local retailer that carries
them.

As far as shoes for MUni and trials, I use my Vasque Breeze XTR light
hikers. I find the most critical thing for shoes is the sole... it can't
be too stiff or too soft. I've found it's a personal preference.

Santa gave me some impacts and I find them very comfortable and fit my
broad feet well.I find these shoes almost too grippy at first but have
now gotten used to them for repositioning on the pedal.My preference
would be a slightly more flexible sole but this could be me still
adapting from my previous very thin soled shoes.In warmer climates the
lower cut version of this shoe might be more suitable as its 30C(86F)
plus lately and snug shoes only add to overheating and I find the
padding on the ankles scrapes on the cranks.They make a pretty decent
hiking shoe as well I did 15km the other day in them.
