How many 'law abiding drivers' in the following video used the horn correctly?

£100 fine + 3 points would seem appropriate.

Why do you want to force people to misuse the horn?

Is there some point you are failing to make?

I seek to make no point; I asked a question in order to clarify the
point you were seeking, but clearly failing, to make.

I think you need to get an adult to read the Highway Code to you.

You need to think up (yes, I know there's a problem there straightaway)
some new "witticisms".

Are you saying all the drivers in the video used the horn correctly?
You do realise this was filmed in the UK not Nugentworld and in this country we don't have a 'Cyclists can do not right cars can do no wrong' Prime Directive.

No. I didn't even watch it.

I'm saying that you need to think up a few new witticisms. Preferably -
though it's obviously a forlorn hope - one or two that are witty.

You could also usefully study some more English as she is spoken.

Let's stick to bad road behaviour, eh?

It hasn't yet been explained why the PP wants to enforce misuse of the horn.

He doesn't even understand that this is what he urges with the thread title.

So why did you comment on this topic? The video was the key to the discussion.

I didn't comment on your topic. I am not obliged, and neither do I
intend, to do so. Especially not if it invloves watching one of the
multitude of Youtube videos of man behaving badly.

You still haven't realised your basic error in English, have you?
