With Hampton Roads submerging Tidewater, even normally regressive
backwards anti-cycling Norfolk is putting in cycling lanes.

I can't say there are no athiests in fox holes but I can say there are
fewer and fewer deniers in marshy coastal regions.

Maybe they think airbag helmets will keep them afloat when the sea comes
rushing in...
