Yes, it's a fact.

Whatever the law says you can or can't do.

Which law, statute, rule of nature or opinion of an idiot says that I
may not comment on the law-breaking of typical chav cyclists?

The same laws, statutes, rules of nature or opinions of idiots that
allow comments about the danger caused by motorists. You really are a
fool if you think bodies on slabs don't count so long as the law is obeyed.

What are you trying to talk about?

Are you really trying to say that cyclists are allowed to do as they like?

OK... you *are* trying to say that cyclists can do as they like and are
not subject to traffic law.

If you are not saying that, perhaps you will be so good as to explain
how your little fits of pique mean anything else.

Oh dear...

You fail to convince me that cyclists are saints who ought to be allowed
to do exactly as they please (and sod everyone else) and then you throw
a strop when you realise you aren't going to be able to convince me (or
anyone else) of it.

Have you thought of attending an anger management course?

I did for 15 years, day in day out.
Saved about £15000 in fuel alone and it made me super fit.
One of the best things I ever did.

I //had// insurance though which netted me £5000 after a car driver knocked me off busting my clavicle.
